This is a class for everyone!
Slow + Mellow Yoga will help you regulate your nervous system in support of slowing down and dropping in.
This class is:
- all-levels and inclusive of beginners
- resilience centered and trauma-responsive
- rooted in anti-oppression and supports collective liberation
- by donation - you are welcome no matter what! Donations are welcome and very appreciated, but not required.
However, everyone needs to sign a waiver and register for class to attend. Thanks for your help with this.
Our 60 minutes of class time includes:
- short arrival period
- opening centering meditation/grounding
- time for exploration of mellow and restorative yoga asana (postures/poses)
- closing meditation and relaxation/integration time
