It's been quite a year.

We are officially rounding the bend on one whole solar rotation of life under the COVID pandemic. Amidst the other pervasive pandemics of systemic racism and white supremacy, racialized capitalism, climate catastrophe and more, this year of life and death has laid bare the persistent realities of inequality and injustice.

It is essential to continue to take time to honor what we've lost and cherish what we've learned.
To hone our resistance and be humbled by our resilience.
To reckon with the reality of loss while rooting into resource for what's to come.

This is a free, two-part series, open to all. You can come to either or both, registration required for each session.
Donations are accepted via Venmo, Paypal, and Square and will support the Thrive for All campaign, which subsidizes accessible therapy and yoga through Liberation Healing Arts.

Part 1: Yoga for Grief and Growth
Sunday, 3/14 from 11:00am - 12:30pm
This space will include centering meditation, inclusive and all-levels yoga asana (postural yoga), as well as reflection and restoration. *Note this is on Daylight Savings Time so make sure you check that your clocks have updated.

Part 2: Rituals for Restoration and Reflection with Tema Okun
Patty Adams and Tema Okun will team up to host this politicized healing space rooted in collective liberation ethos. The space will include some very mild restorative yoga, reflection space, and collective grief rituals.
